I faced my own personal challenges with Anxiety and Depression and became determined to heal naturally. Feeling alone, lost and scared I searched high and low for a life raft. Slowly integrating Yoga, Meditation, Self-Love, Healthier Eating Habits, and Nature was my way out of the darkness.
